• Zanzibar form: first name, surname, e-mail, phone, age, city, studies/work, motivation, application video
• Contact form (Break the Silence): name, e-mail, message
• Shop orders: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address

Purpose of processing

• Managing applications to the Zanzibar project
• Responding to contact requests and requests for psychological support
• Processing and delivering orders
• Communicating about the association s activities

Legal basis

The processing of data is based on the user s consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR) and on the performance of a contract for orders (article 6.1.b).

Retention period

• Zanzibar applications: 12 months after the end of the project
• Orders: 5 years (accounting obligations)
• Contacts: 12 months after the last exchange
